Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
- Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original, undamaged box (with all original packaging, tags etc.) Returns will be inspected to ensure they haven’t been worn outside, or too much inside, whereby the wearing prohibits us from reselling the shoes. Make sure when you’re trying them at home to wear a nylon, or light sock, not to be near food and not to go outside. We need to be able to sell them so we appreciate your attention here. Items returned to us that do not comply with the above may be denied at our discretion.

Once the approval has been made, depending on the eligibility of the return (see below) we will refund you to the credit card used for the purchase or provide you with a coupon code for your store credit.

In most cases, you will receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving the shoes back into stock. Processing time can vary between banks.
Note
Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is removed from your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
Inside the authorization period, when you are refunded (either partially or in full), you might not have a line item on your statement for a refund because Shopify adjusts the capture amount for the charge when it settles. You might still have a charge as “Pending” on your statement until the period expires.
- Regular price items may be returned for a full refund when arrangements have been confirmed with Cardino's Shoes within 7 days of signing for/receiving your parcel, OR; returned for a store credit within 14 days of signing for/receiving your parcel.
- Sale priced items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded.
