We do our best to get the item(s) you’ve ordered packaged and shipped as soon as possible. We know how excited you’ll be to receive the shoes – we aim to please also, so efficiency is key. Our online orders are processed twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Shipping Charges

Given the fact that shoes come in shoe boxes, they take up space in postal systems and that means it costs more to send than say, a poly-mailer package. That being said, we are offering flat rate $20 shipping and free shipping for orders over $250 within Canada (free to you).  However, you pay the return should they not work out for you.

WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA

For any shipping outside of Canada there is an international shipping fee of $35.00 for US, and $50.00 outside North America.  We see this as a split between you and us. Of course we’d be sending packages by Air Mail, unless instructed otherwise, and again, the size of boxes and weight makes it a bit more expensive than say, a shirt.

Please note that a $30.00 charge will be applied to any parcel refused or sent back 'Return to Sender' by Canada Post.  Please ensure the address provided is correct. 

Shipping Method

Our online orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.  Estimated delivery of 5 to 10 Postal Service business days applies to orders within Canada, 6-12 Postal Service business days for all US shipments, and approximately 10-15 for outside of North America. Outside of North America can be longer depending on your location, we will select the fasted possible with tracking.
